Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This is my favorite salad of all time, I could probably eat it on a daily basis. You can substitute other fruit if you don't like strawberries.

3/4 cup margarine melted
3 TBS brown sugar
2 1/4 cup crushed pretzels
1 Large strawberry gelatin (or what other flavor of fruit you use)
2 cup boiling water
20 oz. bag of frozen strawberries (3 cups)
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 12 oz whipped topping

~Mix margarine, TBS brown sugar and pretzels. Press into a 9x13 dish. Bake for 8 min. at 350. Then cool

~Blend together cream cheese and brown sugar. Fold in the whipped topping.

~In another bowl dissolve the gelatin in the 2 cups of water. Stir in strawberries. Chill until begins to set.

~Spread cream cheese mixture onto cooled crust. Pour strawberry mixture over top of cream cheese mixture.

~Chill until set.
